These terms and conditions govern the booking and contracting of the services offered through CasaFlorit.com, owned by CANO FLORIT, S.L., with Tax Identification Number B40591992 and registered office at CL Cooperativa de Sant Ferrán, 13, bajo derecha, 46007 Valencia, Spain.

Making a booking implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and of any specific conditions displayed during the booking process.

Availability, prices, taxes, included services, payment terms and the cancellation policy will be displayed before the booking is confirmed. The booking shall be considered completed when the customer receives the corresponding confirmation.

The customer guarantees that the information provided is complete and accurate and undertakes to report any changes. The customer must also comply with the accommodation rules, maximum occupancy and the notified check-in and check-out times.

Changes, cancellations, refunds and the consequences of a no-show shall be governed by the conditions of the selected rate accepted during the booking process.

The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation through improper or negligent use or through failure to comply with the notified rules.

CANO FLORIT, S.L. shall not be liable for failures caused by force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, without prejudice to the statutory rights of consumers and users.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with applicable legislation.
